@sstvkenya: A man has come forward to share how he rescued a woman who gave birth on the road near the Bosnia area in Kahawa Wendani, raising concerns over the circumstances that led to the incident. According to Derrick Mbugua, he received a call at around 11:45 pm informing him that a woman was delivering a baby on the road, only about 30 metres away from a nearby health facility, 24 Hours Wendani Outpatient Medical Center. Mbugua questioned why the mother had to give birth outside despite being close to a medical facility, wondering whether it was due to negligence or because of her financial situation. He said he took the woman in his car and rushed her to St Joseph Hospital for further care.
