Don’t know why people think it’s gross . Not only is it great for protein while having almost no calories or carbs , it’s a good source of iron and other essential vitamins .

some people can't fathom the idea of not wasting any part of the animal, just bc it sounds weird doesn't mean you gotta spew hate. my culture makes a type of blood sausage with mutton, pretty good use of the animal and is pretty yummy. :) i've never had pig blood, but it probably isn't that far off from sheep blood.
