he didn't speed off ,he drove off ,n he wasnt driving into traffic ,he was driving on the right side.of the road ,he jumped.on the car rather than go to his own n follow ,n could of shot him in his leg,it could of been avoided time n time again

The policeman who hung on to the car caused that incident to escalate. He also could have shot him anywhere in the arms or legs to stop the car. Not through the head. Legalised murder. The knife and pipe are a smoke screen.
