This just proves men need to be educated on what it takes for women to not only birth a child but also what it takes to grow the life inside you. Once you’re aware you won’t take her carrying as something as casual as a walk in the park. It’s a literal risk to our lives and it’s not taken as seriously as it should.

We are growing a whole human being who is essentially a paresite hosting greedily off all of our resources. In the first 3 months I literally could not keep anything down. I could not stand the smell of curry/ onions or garlic- could only eat crackers. Man it was her first pregnancy and she would have as much knowledge as you did about what was happening. Good on you though for sharing ur experience as it will help other young couples

this is why peeps gotta stop saying 'we' are pregnant. WE are expecting SHE is pregnant. Calcium is being stripped from her bones, iron is being drawn from her blood and you haven't taken the bins out and we can SMELL iiiitttttt but can't do anything about it 😅
