I don’t think it looks disgusting. 🫶 Was just concerned about the wound. I am a diabetic and I have to be very careful about any cuts or wounds, so I always worry when I see that. I am glad you were prescribed antibiotics!

i highly recommend a vein doctor for surgery and good compression socks. i have the issue too and the swelling pain will make you resist working out more

Don’t know if you shared but I read a comment that said you had trouble with a glp1. I took ozempic and had horrible side effects(stomach paralysis). About a year later I started Mounjaro and I haven’t had any bad effects.

Have you tried ankle compression sleeves? I know full socks can be miserable but even just compression around the ankle area can help a lot! I have it! Just so you know you can get it from pregnancy too!

My mom has this. For her, it’s itchy and painful. She is also diabetic so it scares me. She had some procedure done to collapse the failing veins to force the good veins to produce better blood flow and it brought some improvement. Way less swelling in her legs as well. Still cheering for you friend!!! 🫶🏼

Glad it's healing up for you. My mom got hospitalized with that once before. She was miserable with it. hers was on her lower stomach though. Glad you got it treated and are doing better. 💕
