@appetiteofali: I’m so grateful for anyone that’s engaged with me over the past week! what a time to be creating 💛💛 full recipe available on substack : Sticky Sesame-Ginger Meatballs Meatballs: 1 lb ground pork, 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1/4 cup parsley, 1 bunch chives (diced, save some for topping), 1/2 shallot, 1 egg, 1/3 cup panko, 1 tbsp chili paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt + pepper Sauce: 1/2 cup hoisin, 2 tbsp ponzu, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp chili paste, 1 tbsp fresh ginger Method: 1. Mix meatball ingredients, scoop into balls, chill 30 min 2. Simmer sauce ingredients 4 min till glossy 3. Sear meatballs 2-3 min/side, cover and finish cooking, about 10-14 min total 4. Toss in warm sauce 5. Top with chives, green onion, sesame seeds Like a dumpling without the wrapper. #cookwithme #viralrecipe
