This is a good idea. I only have issues with my right knee and that’s mostly the right leg tremors. I also have hEDS. I use a compression leg sleeve that helps a ton. I’m glad you found something that works well for you. Sending you gentle hugs.

how tight is the compression on your legs? bc I bought a compression sleeve for my knee and on the package it shows a full grown man using it, but its strangles the FUCK out of my thigh and calf and i have to take it off 😭😭😭
