Then, add the roasted eggplants and top with the tahini, yogurt, salt, a pinch of cumin, and the garlic. Mash them together and arrange them in a serving dish. In a pan, add the minced meat and sauté. Add the onion and sauté briefly. Then add the spices, salt, tomato paste, and tomato juice. Let it simmer until thickened.
