@erika_broooke: I have taken A LOT of different supplements over the years and I’ll intermittently add a new one into the lineup depending on my needs, my blood work or just the mood I’m in. The supplements in this post are a constant! I’m not perfect about taking them every day but I’m trying to be more consistent! Creatine- if I could marry creatine and have it’s baby I would! Just take it! And work your way up to 10 grams if you’re struggling with brain fog. Your muscles are greedy and will steal all of your creatine if you’re only taking 5 grams. Magnesium- another supplement I would marry if I could. There are a lot of different magnesium’s that you can take and each one is good for something different. Mine is a combination of malate, glycinate and L threonate. Message me if you have questions about magnesium. Vitamin D3 with K2- I have reviewed a lot of blood work and the only people who aren’t vitamin D deficient are supplementing. It’s really challenging to get enough vitamin D from diet and sunlight alone. Taking it with K2 helps to direct calcium into your bones and prevents it from depositing into your arteries and/or soft tissue. NAD/glutathione- there’s soooo much I could say about these. One day I’ll get back to doing injectables of both bc that truly is the best way to do them. For now, this will do. B complex- B vitamins do sooooo much in the body. Like they deserve a raise! This is my daily little energy boost supplement.
You’ll have to tell me how to use the creatine. Last time I tried to use it I got terrible migraines. I’m sure it’s because I wasn’t drinking enough water.
