Get out of your house! It’s not safe to stay in there with that air quality. An air purifier will not help!

Your house should have a one year warranty with the builder. He should be paying for everything! Praying for a good resolution for you and your family.

Not good news!! You may want to consider temporary relocation while they clean it all up. I’d suggest your own inspector (not one the builder their contractors) have chose so you have a disinterested 3rd parties information.

I might be unaware of something but is there a reason why they just don’t replace the moldy cabinets ASAP? At a minimum they need to rip them out to remove the mold in the house? I’m so sorry this happened to you!

If your crawl space is sand… you will need to put down a plastic barrier to keep the humidity down. You can also put a dehumidifier down there… as along as you have a place for the water to drain (septic). You’ll just need to go down there every month to make sure it’s running.

I can’t believe you only get a year warranty, in the uk we get 10 years.

Do not stay in your house…you have mold and believe me there is more you don’t see. Air purifiers will not help enough!

I highly recommend getting a dehumidifier too! Make sure they remove those cabinets (under the flooring too) and replace!

My husband does mold remediation. I’m glad you got the builder out etc. you’ve all been breathing in that mold and it’s not safe, they should have put a mold spray and put plastic over the area so it’s contained. Please be careful 🫂🫶🏻🙏🏻
