In my opinion, prosecution didn't do well!!! No mount of bows, emotional exhibits, or theatrical insinuation is going to prove Lindsay was SANE when she killed her children. That is the question the prosecution needed to answer, and in my opinion, they have failed to provide convincing evidence of it. Lindsay does not deny killing her children. Yet instead of proving her mental state, they made the jury cry by displaying the children’s clothing and the athletic bands used that night, forcing Lindsay to relive the most horrific moment of her life. It was devastating to watch. But heartbreak is not evidence of sanity.
