The cops should be fired, lose his pension, lose all his benefits and spend some time in jail. Because if we civilians cannot protect ourselves against cops without going the fear of going to jail, then they should have that same fear.

He crossed the line when he rammed his car into the back of the bike. He crossed the line when he held the guy at gunpoint and kicked him in the chest so he is correct and getting his money from the state did the officer get fired probably not.
