Can I give something advice ?. I would ask to be referred to a dermatologist if you havent already. You may need antibiotics. They also may prescribe Azaleiac acid which is a god send !

Accutane was the only thing that truly helped mine babe🥰I tried antibiotics and all sorts of lotions. Cetaphil worked best for me. I know how hard it is,but you are so beautiful and you will find a solution🩷this was my skin in 2023. Accutane was the only thing that cleared it! Keep pushing the doctors for it,it takes a while for them to listen but it’s amazing stuff xx

Heal your gut!! Trust me I had cystic acne for 10 years! Cut out sugar and inflammatory processed foods, could get a food tolerance test to see if there’s anything else that irritates your gut but them 2 are the main ones! drink green juices every day celery kale spinach kiwis that type of stuff hope this helps all Inflammatory skin conditions start from the gut ❤️

I sure you've tried them.. but certain contraceptive pills can help and I found clindamycin benzoyl peroxide cream a game changer! I hope you find something that works for you x

My mum developed cystic acne in her 30s after never having a pimple, to look at you I see the same in your eyes as I did in hers, she eventually had accutane and laser resurfacing done after and it hasn’t reappeared. I hope you get sorted chick, but you’re beautiful inside and out. Get the light back in your eyes asap.
