a good question to ask them is if they think God owes children and apology. children that he knew would be born into a house with an abuser. children born into famine. born into warfare. born with cancer. does he owe those children an apology? and so many of them will say no not at all, almost all of them will say no. and that right there is the foundation of their whole moral compass. it is hierarchical submissiveness, which is then how they structure their life and moral systems
