Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. 2) Add fruity pebbles to the pan and stir until completely coated. 3) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and carefully press cereal mixture onto prepared pan, forming a flat, even surface. Place in the fridge to firm for 5-8 minutes. 4) While the treats are in the fridge, remove ice cream from freezer and set aside to soften for easier scooping. While softening, spray a cookie cutter with non stick cooking spray. 5) Remove pan from fridge and using cookie cutters, cut treats into desired shapes. 6) Scoop ice cream and place on top of one cereal treat.
