Магазин «Реала» — в Барселоне?! 😳⚽️ Да. Официальный. И я пришёл проверить его в футболке Barça. 🔵🔴😂 Как думаете, пустят внутрь? #барселона #барса #реалмадрид #футбол #barcelona

My dad says if I use supports my muscles will get weaker." Fair worry, and it's the one we hear most. The short version: the research runs the other way. Supports paired with a bit of strength work don't seem to waste the muscle, and in a few studies people moved better, had less pain, and stayed more stable while wearing them. The one honest exception is feet: custom foot orthotics did shrink some of the small foot muscles in one study, but even there the fix was loading the muscle underneath, not binning the orthotic. We've pulled the actual papers below if you fancy a read. They're genuinely interesting, and none of them are behind our opinion, they're just what's out there. When it comes to this stuff we'd always rather you saw the source than took our word for it. Use the support. Keep training the muscle underneath it. If a support gets you doing work you otherwise couldn't, that's it earning its place. What's yours letting you do? The studies, if you want them as they are genuinely interesting, are in the first comment.
