I ADORE you and this method. Have been following along since my now 11 mo old was a newborn & feel eternally grateful for your perspective!! Were obvi still on 2 naps, but wondering when you start to cap that first nap. Right now we’re like 9:30-11 and 1:30-3:30 or 4 but thinking after his bday i should start capping the morning at an hour? Love the long afternoon nap (I also work part time in the afternoon!)

I follow your method my 13 month old naps 9:15-10am and 1-3 ITS BEST especially as a WFH mama and 7pm bedtime. I sleep trained her at 10 months!

How about a 15 month old who hates transitioning to the crib for his nap. Wakes up during the transition and cries until he’s held again (which often results in a contact nap). About to have a newborn in 1 month sooo I need him to nap in his crib 😬

What about with school pick ups? I have a 4m 2yr and 5 year old. I have to leave to get one from mdo at 2pm and school 3pm 🫠 it messes up the later afternoon timeline

What about the mid range when the younger one is on two long naps? Like 6-12 months ish are we staying home 😭 I have a 15 month age gap - currently 4m and 19m getting out of the house daily is a must for me and toddler rn

My son only takes one nap right now for an hour 😩 he’s 17 months. He used to nap like a dream from 12-2 and that helped so much. Now the nap is like 30-1hour. I’m not sure how to fix this. I feel like he’s going through a regression or something.

All my friends 14 month olds had to move to one nap bc they started refusing the second nap… not mine!! The 2 naps works great for us still. Dana method!!

Ugh that’s my current struggle! I have a 3 y/o and a 9 month old and the 9 mo old is on 2 naps not but struggles the wake window is too large before bed and then it impacts night 😩 but I can’t let go of my small afternoon break 😭
