@life_by_the_bow: In the Bahamas, you’re not allowed to use a speargun while diving, which is why you’ll see a lot of divers carrying a Hawaiian sling instead. It can be a little more challenging since the shaft isn’t attached like it is on a pole spear, so every shot comes down to accuracy and getting close to the fish.
