@theultimatebreakupcoach: The biggest lie you're telling yourself about your breakup isn't that you'll never find love again. It's that the relationship was almost perfect. Your mind has turned the relationship into a highlight reel. You're replaying the laughs, the chemistry, the holidays and the moments they made you feel special, while quietly editing out the tears, the anxiety, the walking on eggshells, the unanswered messages, the excuses, the broken promises and all the times you accepted less than you deserved. You keep telling yourself, "It would've been perfect if only they'd changed." But that's not the relationship you were actually in. Healing begins the moment you stop grieving the relationship you imagined and start accepting the one you actually lived. If you're ready to see the relationship for what it really was and finally start moving forward, my books **Bossing Your Breakup**, **The Lonely Lie** and **You Deserve the Whole Damn Bakery** are all available on Amazon. You'll find the link on my main page. #BreakupRecovery #SelfWorth #FYP #Reels #HealingJourney

You’re right . But one of the other big lies that I still tell myself even after all these years is that there is still a tiny possibility that he might come back one day even though 100% of my common sense knows he won’t , a tiny bit of my heart thinks he might and the funny thing is I’m not really sure that I want him to anymore, but I still think in my heart , not my brain there’s that possibility

We were together for 8 years- happy no issues ( that I knew about ) , got engaged at Xmas , something she has always wanted , we were so happy about this , also looking for our forever home - then 2 weeks ago just ended it out the blue , complete blindsided me - moved out our home completely the next day , - is this normal behaviour ? Why has it took 8 years for this to happen ? ( think she is a FA )

Spot on. I isolated myself for at least one year which made me understand my feelings, understand the situation and understand my future. It is difficult but you owe it yourself. Letting it destroy you will only create a smile for the other person that they have destroyed you. You're worth millions of times more than that. Step to one side and notice yourself and focus on yourself. Stay strong. ♥️💪♥️💪♥️💪
