I’m on week 36 as a FTM and lemme tell you the first trimester was rough even into the beginning of the second, but honestly as pregnancy moves on you’ll learn new things and experience new *not so fun* symptoms that give you an appreciation for your own endurance. So happy for you both that you get to experience this journey after so long! 🤍

Awwww this is why people need to lay off assuming everyone has the same experience in pregnancy it takes a lot out of us and we grow humans which is not easy. I remember feeling like I wasn’t there enough for friends but how were we to know until it happens to us. I nibbled oatcakes during my pregnancy with my girl. Remember to rest and enjoy it goes so fast mine is now 12 🫶🏻

I was sick for 28 weeks with my first pregnancy and ALL the way through my second. It was horrendous but believe me as soon as you have that little miracle in your arms you forget all about it. ♥️

Important point is no two pregnancies are the same. I personally tell people I’m the worst person to ask about pregnancy and birth coz I have it too easy to give advice as it’s so unrealistic. I don’t have morning sickness or any issues and my recovery for C-section is one week for all 3 kids. So I’m happy you can share this side that’s not so great. Wishing you strength and love hope things have gotten better for your last stretch. I got this mommy. Super happy for you stranger ❤️

With all my pregnancies, the whole way through them all, I could not lift my head off the pillow without a chug of Lucozade original. I was sick all day, every day. It was horrendous. And I did it multiple times?! 😂 so now, lucozade makes my mum assume I’m knocked up. When in actual fact its just left over stock - from 8 years ago! Hahaha. You are glowing Neeks, and you and Duhan are going to be AMAZING parents 🥰
