You’re right, mate. We’re living in a very strange time right now. Loving someone for their heart, their character, and their presence no longer seems to be existing . People often seem to love you for what you can provide rather than for who you truly are. At the end of the day, we all want to feel valued for who we are, not just for what we bring to the table.

YESSSSS - my debilitating chronic pain started 6 years ago and I really found out who my friends are. I cut everyone off one by one and I'm done. I'm getting better now and proactively telling a couple friends and they want to make plans But where were they for the last 6 years?
