@greenhousejuiceco: Viral Dot Cake Protein+ edition 🍰🌈here’s how to make it: 1. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup Protein+ (choose your fave flavour), 2 eggs, 3 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until combined 2. Add 1/2 cup almond flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix gently until smooth 3. Pour into a 9x9" parchment-lined or silicone baking dish 4. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min, then let cool for 10 min 5. While the cake cools, mix 1 cup cream cheese with 2 tosp honey or maple syrup 6. Use a glass or circular cutter to cut 2 round cake layers 7. Place one layer into a ramekin, add half the frosting, then top with the second layer 8. Add remaining frosting and smooth evenly 9. Dip the top into 1/4 cup rainbow dot sprinkles 10.
