This is so insane. So many qualified candidates aren’t getting hired because of ai programs. there should be regulations and laws around this. If your resume gets rejected automatically by ai, it should be deleted from the system so it doesn’t sabotage you.

A lot of these are also ghost jobs that are not even real! They just put jobs out because it makes them seem like the business is growing or just 100% scams trying to get your information

It is true one of my friend is a cfo of a small company but they use ai to filter resume. To cut a story short. Cfo himself applied for a job in his own company and got rejected and now they dont use ai

This is good information and I just did it. A couple of things to note though. About 1/3 of the email addresses can't back as undeliverable. The one I most wanted to clear everything out of, Workday, won't let you. It sends an email with a link that takes you here.

I tried this website and targeted work a day and was told that I have to reach out to every employer I applied to through them and request. They delete it because the employers, i.e. workday customers, are the ones that have the data

Does the small white font color prompt telling the AI to accept you work?? Where it’s invisible to humans but the AI sees it and pushes you forward?
