@coryoncarsofficial: PART 3: 2001 Chevrolet Blazer LS 4.3L Vortect 4x4 | 132,465 Miles | Idler Arm & CV Axle Last time in part 2 I edited a monster of a video, coming in at 58 minutes, of the lower intake manifold and valve cover reseal on our 23 hour Blazer project. Today we’re doing something a little less involved but will make the most difference in how this vehicle drives down the road. When the steering idler arm gets worn out on this style of steering linkage, the steering feels super loose and sloppy. We’ll take care of that and replace the left front CV axle. The axle was just leaking at this point but the owner wanted it replaced. So come help me. Please. I need you! #chevy #s10 #blazer #cvaxle #idlerarm
Random question for you I’m a Toyota tech do you think it’s worth getting a drill or is it not used that often I’m also not on the rust belt I’m in ga

Was there a reason you didnt replace both the cv axles at the same time?

For cv axles. I was always taught in school to replace them as a pair. Is that true?

I'm having fun! I'd much rather watch you work on cars than work on mine. Doing a Timing Belt and water pump on my XC90-R this weekend. Without a lift, I'm NOT looking forward to it at all man. 😖

I honestly believe the money put into this is worth the investment. They don’t make vehicles like they used to. I grew up with vehicles stalling and randomly dying and now auto shut off is a feature lol it’s terrifying
