How can nothingness perfect the making of illusion, and how can illusion become embodied until it deceives us into believing it is reality? I am nothing more than a resemblance between two ideas: one that has faded away, and another that has yet to be completed. A hand suspended between existence and absence; a point on the edge of time, leaning on its own shadow, uncertain whether it was born as a wound or as a beginning. I was born without features. I was merely a first opinion in the draft of meaning, living among the winds of language until they scattered me into overlapping texts. Some of them crept toward perception, while others slipped into nothingness. How can a person claim to know who they are when every ray of light reshapes them? How can fullness begin while one is nothing but pure clay? Names fight over him, giving him identities, then erasing them until he becomes a void with no memory of itself. Perhaps I am an idea—or merely the remnants of one—drawn from books that were never written, stretched across the wall of time. You do not know whether dawn came to reveal me or to erase me. Can a shadow exist without a forehead? Can a brow exist without a body? And can embodiment begin while it is still flowing through things, yet belongs to none of them? I drown in meanings until I almost lose them. I try to grasp the essence of existence, but everything I hold dissolves like water in a trembling hand. Am I the owner of the idea, or does the idea own me? Am I the one who speaks through language, or is language speaking through me? Am I a point in time, or is time itself a point drifting through my sea? Questions are deeper than answers, and light casts longer shadows than the things that create it. How can a human know themselves when, with every step closer to that self, they grow farther away from it? #monster #johanliebert #fypシ #fyp
