Roblox is banned in my house and I encourage every parent to do the same. If your kids want to learn to make video games, start them on Scratch when they are young (around 8 or 9) and transition them to Unity when they get older.

I stopped playing with my kids amd their friends, simply because NO ONE can talk to one another when in different age groups. My kids want me to play, but I hate not being able to see chat and talk to them. They can't even talk to each other because of the age gap. It's not fun anymore. They don't play as much as they used to either.

The ai slop on the games page isn’t helping either. They blamed it on “not having viral games. They let AI take over. Games like phantom forces and arsenal were winning BLOXYS. Now they barely average 3-5k players.
