Theme park days look a little different for me now that I’m on a GLP-1. 💉🎢 From being strategic about shot day to prioritizing protein, packing for nausea and starting hydration BEFORE we ever reach the park… I’ve definitely had to change a few things about the way I do Disney and Universal. And this doesn’t mean skipping the treats or not enjoying vacation. Trust me… I’m still eating the festival food. 😂 It’s just about learning what works for MY body now.
