As much as I love animals, I think this is all too much.. it’s a dog. Yes, it is sad and a very tragic mistake, but it’s not a child. She’s human, we’re all human. At most, she should have to pay for another dog and its training, but she shouldn’t have to lose her job over it..

yknow what’s funny about this, the principle was my music teacher, GOD horrible woman, how / why are you picking on a 5-10 year old? but also these people did this on main street. not where the board meetings are, not the schools but main street. she is being fired, that’s not a question. so why are we still mad exactly? they can’t charge her just cause yall do this, not to mention there’s been TWO babies who passed the same way as the dog, just this summer & zero charges. pls stop this is so genuinely insane

If a baby had been left in a hot car accidentally and passed, there would be charges filed. But not a dog or any other animal. Accident or not, Callie passed away. That is neglect and animal cruelty, even if unintentional.

I live in Lititz and it is a big talk of the town don’t get me wrong, but the only people talking about it aren’t even in the school and I agree that the principal should be fired because how do you not know a dog is in your car but they’re taking it too far
