I hear that tomatillos are done when they fill out their husk, and drop on the ground. Not 100% sure I am growing them first time this year myself

I know you've got a lot on your plate but I didn't know if you had ever heard of drying out the tops of carrots? My cousin was telling me about it because she does it. You dry them out and then you can crumble them up to use in foods as seasonings or blend into smoothies. There's a lot of health benefits to it if you want to look it up!

Tomatillos are ready when they fill their little sac and it starts to tear! Also don't let them get yellow. Pick them when they're green. They turn bitter when yellow.
