something that i hope someone mentioned, you are still a baby hun!!! looking young going into freshman year of college is completely normal, you are going to grow and change SO much over the next 4 (or however many) years you are in college, both physically and mentally/emotionally. i’m 23 and looking back at photos has me flabbergasted at how little i actually looked and how much i had changed/grown over the years. basically keep doing you babe <3

This is much different for a female I imagine. But I’m 5’2, 22 years old, and I’m often told I look 16. It’s hard to find clothes that fit me too. So I enjoy wearing suits or dress shirts because you can get them tailored. I’m sure you know through experience too that once you start a conversation people instantly can tell you’re older and mature. When you have friends and build relationships they look past however you look. Your confidence is admirable!

Just to add in this whole conversation: you look young because you are young. 18 is young. I very much understand wanting the option to look more sophisticated or mature when needed. But you don’t need to flee your youth while you still have it.

You are you. And you're good enough the way you are. Society is ridiculously judgemental. And I think you have the wisdom and maturity to know that. Think of this. What if you actually were a kid? Would that make it more acceptable to look down on you? Obviously not. So whatever age you are or look, you as a human being are deserving of basic respect and if people can't give that to you, that's a them problem

also an older sister and came from your last video, but a little older than you :) id suggest trying a middle part! girlies our age often wear their hair in a middle part, while younger kids who are more likely to be styled by their parents are more likely to have a side part. Your bun came out perfect here!! totally keep that, its so cute! Some small jewelery might be nice too, a simple necklace or some earrings. If youre into it, piercings are always fun! seconds, or cartilage up your ear!

The bun is so cute! You may look young, but you’re wise beyond your years. I’ll be 35 this month, and people still think that I’m not old enough to rent a car or drink. I’ve learned to take it in stride and let the knowledge I’ve received over the past three decades speak for me instead of my face.

yes! it is all about the situation. I responded to your previous video with the idea of college/work perspective. and your look today is perfect for a bike ride. I hope it was an amazing one. and one thing this old broad has learned is always be true to your self and let the clothes/situation adapt to you! BTW: if I had the first T you wore when I was in college, I had a difficult professor and 1000% would have worn that shirt under a blazer to his class and sat in the front row.
