I feel like I’m running a really high fever and my forehead will even feel like it but when I take my temp it’s normal (I’ve used multiple thermometers)

For YEARS I talked about smelling smoke and no one believed or understood me. Back then I didn’t know it was a symptom either even though I’d been living with them since age 11. Sometimes I wake up panicking thinking the house is on fire. And also a huge BOOM sound in my head wakes me up. Awful symptoms when you have a phobia of fires.

My symptoms are: Irritation -- I get angry SO fast. I try to be retrospective though to prevent lashing out in the future. Dizziness Muscle weakness Aphasia (a disconnect between thought and language. It is what you described). Every movement (especially up and down) makes my head pound. I can't use the bathroom without worsening pain. Temperature intolerance. My blood vessels get really small and I feel SO COLD. Especially my nose.
