This is called an ingredient household and it was how I was raised. It’s so good. I always buy yellow sticker meat/carbs for the freezer. This and planning is the key!

No, I just decide what I want to eat for the week and then only buy the ingredients. This way there's no waste (because I buy only the quantities I need), and I don't end up with half meals either (because I don't have a pairing I want / like)

Does this include breakfast, lunch and dinner? I’m averaging around £60-£80 per week to feed my RAF partner who eats like crazy! There has to be protein in every meal, including sausages for breakfast and I’m about to be postpartum so will need protein for lunches too xx
