Iran could have had Nuclear bombs 20 years ago but they have duplicity in their ranks the same with Lybia, Iraq never had the intelligence but also had duplicity in their ranks, North Korea and Pakistan had loyalty that's why they're both Nuclear powers, India was first helped by the British indirectly through Australia and Canada then stopped by USA inthe 1990s given permission and helped by USA directly 😉
