Maybe don't pull people over during rush hour traffic, or better yet make them pull off the next exit. Cops cause more traffic issues than the revenue they are trying to get out of someone.

its way to dangerous to pull anyone over on that small of a shoulder. you should expect to be hit. the cops are causing more danger than the driver going with the flow of traffic. AI cameras could just send you a ticket. traffic violations shouldnt involve the police unless dui is suspected.

people really don’t know how to drive in tennessee. with it being the lack of turn signals, speeding, not stopping at red lights/stop signs, not paying attention to their surroundings or road rage. i dont know how many times a day i almost get run off the road by stupid ass people. its almost like the dmv will just hand licenses out to anyone who can start a car.

I have seen a lot of unsafe pull overs around here. a LOT of people stop in the middle of the road, not pull off of the road safely. I bet most cops would rather you pull on a side road where its safe. not just stop in the middle of the road so they have to block you for safety.

well, let me tell ya... we were cruising down I75 then all of a sudden we come to a complete stop, there was almost a pile up of about 7 cars all because a trooper had a car pulled over in a bend and couldnt be seen from a distance, trucks were trying to get over but 75 was full of traffic. I think that there needs to be some sort of study into traffic stops on busy roads.
