@rashnakutwaroo: To some, this might seem silly that I’m getting emotional over a vase, but to me, it meant so much. Living on the opposite side of the world from my family means I don’t get to see them often, so every little reminder of home means everything to me. Seeing this childhood photo of my mom and me instantly brought tears to my eyes. It made me reflect on my journey and reminded me that none of this would’ve been possible without her. She believed in me before anyone else did and gave me the wings to chase my dreams.
