Don’t even do it ! The look does not give the actual experience. Management is constantly changing. Deposits were stolen when I arrived, no AC, maintenance takes supplies from other vacant apartments to “fix” yours, cars are getting broken into, there’s a security alarm that goes off every weekend, valet trash does not exist but you will be paying 35 a month for it. The list goes on.

My best friend lives down the hall and she was without AC for two weeks. Her microwave is broken, and she requested a new one over a month ago, they still haven't replaced it. The “security” is lackluster.

For anyone considering moving here, please do your research and keep safety in mind. My storage unit has flooded multiple times, resulting in damage to my belongings. Parking is also a major issue, and there have been concerning incidents involving vehicle break-ins and even a stolen car bumper. Access to residential floors does not feel adequately secured, and maintenance requests have often been slow or not fully resolved. These are just a few of the issues I’ve experienced. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend moving here, and I’m looking forward to the end of my lease.

@King: Do notttttt live here! Management switched ever few months! Homeless people will be living in the hallways! Garage is always broke. Full of Airbnb and just un pleasurable things! Do not do it! No pool! No gym it’s tiny barely exists
