Most conservative arguments are based around extreme ignorance and lack of understanding of nuance. They think that because the phrase contains the word “law” that it’s basically the same as a state or federal law, when Sharia Law is actually basically the same as, like… the Ten Commandments - it’s only applicable if you follow the religion that prescribes it.
