I used to live right beside that house. and the person to my right ceiling had also feel in back in 2012. Windsor Valley/meadowod has been aware of these problems for years. Hopefully, the couple gets legal representation to not only compensate then gor this horrible incident but also force meadowod to make each house safe. The HOMEOWNER is Windsor valley!!!
