This is not raw you need a full refund don’t wash it ! Raw hair does not come in bodywave and the hair looks like Chinese virgin hair based off packaging. (Nobody’s hair grows out their scalp as bodywave ) bodywave is a chemical man made texture

I went on her page and read the messages she provided, and girl… you were in the wrong too. You wanted her to ship the bundle without even giving her your address? There was clearly some miscommunication on both sides. And from what I saw, you were also consistently 2–3 hours late to your appointments, as if she didn’t have anything else to do besides wait around to do your hair. Hmm… girl, you have to take some accountability too. She’s not your personal hairstylist, and her time deserves to be respected just as much as yours. That’s her page.
