Never bring work home either - most marking down in class giving kids feedback in the moment to act upon and then marking a formative piece once a week to evaluate all the skills

The never ending to do list. Every student has to be live marked across the 2 week period, we also have to indentify 6 students in each class and check their books every lesson, planning for form and elective curriculum (both of which are intervention for yr11). From September, I'll have 45 hours of teaching, when you add form and elective on it works out at 52 hours and 20 minutes of student facing time across the fortnight. This means that nothing else gets done on time 🙃
