Disgustingly, unfair and sudden dismissals happen a lot in the corporate world; companies will chuck settlement agreements at people (knowing full well that they often can’t afford to risk not accepting the offer, because they don’t have the luxury of time, energy, or money to wait for a tribunal) 🫠
