I prep it on Sunday and it covers me for 2 days. **INGREDIENTS - Serves 2:** 🥚 1 large egg 🥣 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt - I use Fage 0% 🍫 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫 3 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips - I use Lily's 🍬 2 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener - I use Lakanto 🧴 Olive oil spray - I use PAM - to grease dish **HOW TO:** 1️⃣ Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 4x6 inch baking dish. 2️⃣ Whisk yogurt, egg, cocoa and sweetener until smooth. 3️⃣ Pour batter in and spread evenly. 4️⃣ Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 5️⃣ Bake 25-30 min until edges are set. 6️⃣ Cool 10 mins before slicing. My trick is to pull it when the center still looks a little soft. It firms up as it cools.
