@amirthevet: I sadly see so many cats struggling with these persistent skin issues, scratching repeatedly and coming into the vet clinic with the worst scabs and scars all along their necks. It's no surprise to me that this happens especially with the food that cats are eating these days. Unfortunately processed pellets lose so much of their good quality Omega-3 supplements. Cats end up with so much more Omega-6, which skews the inflammation completely. If you have a cat that struggles with persistent skin issues, you need to put them on a high-quality omega-3 supplement and give it 2 months. You will see a huge improvement. Not only does this improve the skin but it also improves their overall health, their kidney health, and their joint health. It's definitely something you should give a try. If you live in SA, I recommend the Vets2Pets Omega-3. It's available on Takealot and on www.vets2pets .com. I hope this helps you guys! #cats #vet #learning

I've given my cat Revolution, I've changed her food (bowls are also stainless steel), I've given her Omega 3 and I've taken her to the vet and got a cortisone injection (helped a few days), yet her skin is still a problem around her neck. I don't know what else to do😭
