I used to do 100 push-ups today and each day I would average it would take me around 45 minutes to an hour. I didn’t start going down in time until I was about six months into it.

100 is very possible for someone who workouts and muscle mass DOES NOT weigh different from actual mass lol mass is mass it it doesn’t change,

100 FULL reps is hard - I see videos all the time of people doing push ups and pull ups - y’all are doing half reps 😅 my max raw bench is 440 and I’m in very good cardio shape, I can probably hit 70-80 without stopping - so yeah… y’all (99% or you) aren’t doing 100 😅

100 is so easy if you trained for push-ups for a small time period

Lol anyone who never does pusups just achieving 10 is a struggle. I was doing 2 to 300 a day (in my 40s) until I wrecked my shoulder

I’ve seen some of these people do “100” pushups. It’s a lot of bouncing 3-4 inches up out of the bottom position and not controlling the negative at all.

100 In a row is very possible…. Train your self every other day and max out every time. In about 6 months time you should be able to go from 20 to at least 60-70. Give it a year and you can easily hit that 100 mark
