Hmmm, if only it were as simple as you or Neil deGrasse Tyson make it seem. It’s like a courtroom trial where both sides hire their own 'experts' to defend a specific narrative. When people see scientists and journalists consistently split along predictable political lines, they stop seeing them as neutral arbiters and start seeing them as partisan advocates. Trump’s appeal isn't that he's a saint, it's that people feel the 'experts' have been playing partisan ball for a long time.

Agree with poster 100%. Felons become our heroes and true hero’s are persecuted. The uneducated are very threatened by educated people, they try to bring them down to their level so they can say” see you’re nothing special”. The sad thing is they don’t think they are uneducated as TikTok gives them a platform to feel important and relevant and they can make sweeping statements with no fact checking. There’s an expression that says”never underestimate just how wrong you can be”
