There is another huge body change that happens when we’re full grown. I don’t really like the term “second puberty” cause that’s a bit misleading but like… we go through a change that changes our high school bodies into adult bodies when we’re in our 20s. We get more hair. We store more fat more easily. Our hip bones can change shape. Our feet can grow. Our hair changes.

I neeeeded that reminder. I had long gorgeous hair, I was thin, had perky boobs and then my metabolism changed and now I have curves and stretch marks. its hard to come to terms with it.
