I’m sorry, and I don’t want to take anything away from her charting because it was impeccable. But she knew this was a very serious situation and that there was a good chance she could end up testifying in court. Y’all are talking like she just happened to get called to court years later and everyone was like, “Oh wow, look at that amazing charting!” Nooo 😂 She knew how serious the situation was, and she knew she had to be extremely diligent with her documentation.
