Looks delish! Just a note, salting the water to cook corn makes the kernels tough 😘

Living in SE Alaska, in high school, Fridays were baked halibut. Filets are dipped in melted garlic butter, then pressed into cornflake crumbs, some people do that twic, placed in baking pan, garlic butter drizzled lightly over the top, baked at 425 degree until flaky (depends on filet size). Its still one our family's favorites, especially during halibut season. Fresh, out of the ocean halibut caught that morning is the best! I enjoy your videos and have learned a lot from them.

what variety of corn? i promise I'm not being ignorant. The corn color seems so white. What I get here in novascota is a peaches and cream, and it's very yellow even before cooking, perhaps it's a light? or does it even matter?

I’ve made the other halibut recipe you did. The leeks one. But this one looks fantastic with in season corn!! The side eye and the dog in the background is priceless

Just wish I could find some halibut over here though, are there any good substitute? I don't really like cooked salmon, they're too flakey to me.
