@mphephetheomuhle: The journey to being admitted as an Attorney isn’t limited to just completing your undergraduate qualification. Here’s what it actually takes: 1. Obtain LLB degree 2. Attend Law School/ PLT (+/- 4 months) 3. Serve articles/ PVT (typically 2 years) 4. Pass Attorneys’ admission exams (currently 4 papers; it’ll be 5 in 2027) 5. Finally, apply to the High Court to be admitted and enrolled as an Attorney. During my earlier years in varsity, I was under the impression that, once I obtain my LLB, I’m ready to please the court and fight for justice Lol, I was clearly too ambitious. In my final year, I had a rude awakening when I realised the journey that lied ahead. Do not be like me.
