I was rooting for this movie bc I love everyone involved and think it got too caught up in its Tolkien-level world-building to be fun. I would have been more high on it, if the ending was different (not the stinger, the 7am ending). It was almost so obvious that would be the choice they made. I was hoping it wouldn’t.
